Would you fear this man in Viking Dress?

Leaving Copenhagen it is clear the Danes care about the environment, unlike those on Cape Cod that oppose the off shore Nantucket wind farm. Let's see the Danes ride bikes, conserve energy and do not consume excess food, can't call them energy pigs.

The ship I sailed to Oslo on, I took my share of Dramamine, the seas were enormous as you can see but I somehow survived.

Inside the ship, the food was great especially the seven desserts I had.

After the near hurricane past you can see that Oslo is Somewhere Over the Rainbow

I sampled all the desserts on the right, only wimps ate the fruit on the left.

In most of the hotels the TV was on and blaring as you entered the room to greet you, if did not select "OK", the TV would not go off. The TV also served as the wake up call, it would come on gradually over two minutes getting louder and louder. Breakfast was more like lunch with most of the buffet being cold cuts. They did have waffles (no syrup), eggs (no bacon), and poor choice, ironically, of Danish. The hotel pool was the size of a large hot tub.

This is Vigeland Park in Oslo, every single statue, save one, had various forms of nude people intertwined with each other. The ONE statue that was not nude was that of the man that created all the other statues. More about the park can be found at http://www.fortunecity.com/westwood/arch/769/Vigeland/

You think milk is expensive here? Try $7.50 a gallon in Norway for "melk." A tiny McDonald's hamburger was $4 (but only 80 cents in Estonia). Eggs about $4 a dozen, lettuce $1.60

Various types pizza, look at the type of pizza third from the bottom with two red marks. Divide the prices by 7 to get the cost in dollars.
